We are specialized in die-cast brass buckles production with the highest quality; each buckle is made by hand directly from the fused brass , liquid metal, in heavy steel molds.

The result is an indestructible product, polished by hand piece by piece; the galvanic finish is realized with a buckle hanging on a frame; the thicknesses of copper and nickel are generous; finally the protection is performed internally by ourself, using an extremely resistant two-components liquid paint.

After a careful quality control the final result is a high quality product, without compromises.

Strictly made in Italy; with the exception of the electroplating ALL other workings are carried out by us, therefore the production is practically entirely internal starting from the brass up to the final wrapping of the buckles. Even the prongs are made of brass and produced internally.

This makes it possible to produce even small quantities 10 ... 30 pieces, while remaining competitive on the market.
